Members may also request to close their own account at any time. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, self-exclusion is available and can be activated for periods ranging from 30 days to permanently.

• If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
• If an account is closed due to prohibited activity, all remaining balances may be forfeited.
